For some time I've been thinking about doors. The hatch boards work fine and they store nicely next to the cooler in the cabin. However it would be nice to have removable doors. The biggest drawback I see on my boat is that they might become hand holds and get damaged. You can make your own or have them fabricated for about $800. Here's some ideas I've picked up from various places.
